At Home Family Advent Guide - Intro

Dear RHC Families,

Christmas is one of the busiest times of year and it seems to only get crazier as our families grow. The season is filled with fun and laughter as well as the constant question from our children, “Can I get that for Christmas?”.  Additionally, it is filled with difficult memories of loss and hardship. How do we as parents slow down and be intentional about remembering and teaching our children or grandchildren about the true meaning of Christmas?

We invite you all to join us as we set aside a special time each week to follow this family advent guide.  As a family we will read God’s Word, reflect on what the scripture says, pray for the Holy Spirit to transform our hearts and worship our Lord Jesus Christ together.

We pray this series changes not just your day to day but your whole Christmas experience.
