Project Nehemiah - November 26th Update

Last weekend, about 20 people jumped in to help begin the cleanup process in the “Moove” room at the Elvis Cinema building. Together we scrubbed floors, cleared out unneeded items, washed windows inside and out, added a temporary false floor, and hung lights to brighten the unfinished space.

It was a fun and productive morning—and quite a few of us enjoyed a stop at Stu’s BBQ, the little restaurant still operating in the building. The food was fantastic!

This Sunday, November 30th at 8:30 AM, we’re launching our SHAPE Sunday School class in that same space. As groups need it, we will continue using the room for classes and gatherings. The class ends with plenty of time to head over to the church for our 10:00 AM worship service.
