Day 18

Heavenly Father, we have sinned against You and are not worthy to be called Your sons or daughters. Be merciful to us, for we are sinners. Like the prodigal son, Your word tells us, we have sinned against You and are no longer worthy to be called Your sons/daughters. Jesus, savior of the world, we pray like the repentant thief to whom You promised paradise: "Lord, remember me in your kingdom." Holy Spirit, we call on You to "purify our hearts, and help us to walk as children of the Light." Amen
